Friends of Max is a memorial community-outreach initiative established in loving memory of Maxumus Isaiah Fraser (May 22, 2006–June 19, 2025).
Max was known for his compassion, faith, generosity, humor, and ability to encourage others. Friends of Max brings together his family, friends, loved ones, volunteers, churches, businesses, and community partners to continue that spirit through meaningful service.
Our outreach efforts include distributing food, beverages, care packages, and essential supplies; supporting neighbors experiencing homelessness; organizing seasonal giving initiatives; and promoting mental-health and suicide-prevention awareness.
Friends of Max is hosted by Youth Praise Ministries, with MAX Beverages, Inc. serving as a community beverage partner. Everyone who knew Max—and anyone inspired by his story—is invited to help carry his legacy forward.
